This tool, starting as a 'pine tree planter', was modified by Brent's father and also went through several evolutions with Brent; we love using it around tree roots, in ground covers and other unprepared areas. Thrust it into the groundÉpull back towards you...put your foot on the foot bar as you push it further into the soil and push the handle away from you. Can be used alone, but is nicer when used with a friend...one to dig and one to plant.
