Pieter de Leur - a tiny white base supports this shimmering blood red flower with pointed petals; terrific in a Patriotic Garden with Muscari armeniacum and T. 'Calgary'; 10"-15"; early-mid spring.

The peacocks and parrots of the bulb world, tulips offer are more sizes, shapes and colors than you can imagine for any type of garden design scheme. These very graceful and elegant tulips are excellent for bedding and cut flowers; late blooming; whz 3-8.
